The
boxed CDROM versions of dtSearch 6.05 Desktop, Network, Publish, Web and Engine
are now in UK stock
Desktop and Network products now includes option to change the fonts in the
Search dialog box, improved and simpler Index Library Manager. Outlook Express
5/6 (*.dbx) message store indexing (including attachments), more responsive
switching between files when a long file is being opened and a new unindexed
Search for List of Words facility.

A French version of dtSearch Desktop and Network
is now shipping. dtSearch Web, Publish and Engine will be available shortly.
These all incorporate bi-lingual French/English stemming rules so that documents

The change of name reflects the company's total focus on the dtSearch range
of text retrieval products. dtSearch products for end-users range from the powerful
dtSearch 5.2 Desktop version for personal research use, through the LAN version
to dtSearch WEB for use on Intranets. dtSearch technology is also available
for developers to incorporate into their own products in the form of the 'engine'
- a number of specialised DLL's for indexing and searching a wide range of data
on the Windows 95, 98, NT, CE & 2000 platforms. The 'engine' is at the heart
of over half-a-million commercial applications world-wide.
