Order upgrades

Upgrades are free for users of dtSearch Web, Publish or Engine who have purchased their license or an upgrade to their license within the last year; if your support is current and you would like a password to download the latest update, please contact us . If you have a 'signed' license and your support has expired, please contact us for renewal information.

Credit-card/Debit-card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, VISA Electron, Switch, Solo) payment in a choice of GBP, USD or EUR, as well as orders on 30-day account terms. All orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions Orders also accepted by e-mail to sales @ dtsearch.co.uk and fax to 0207 900 6021

Delivery (Unless ESD is requested, see below)
UK delivery: All goods are sent by 'signed for' next-day delivery (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS)
Outside UK delivery: Express service where available (e.g. UPS or Royal Mail Airsure) otherwise by International Signed for air package or standard courier services.

EU orders:
We accept Purchase Orders on 30-day terms from plcs, government departments, educational establishments, established businesses and existing customers, otherwise Payment with Order - make cheques payable to dtSearch UK. Unless otherwise indicated, we ship goods carriage-free within the EU. 30-day money-back guarantee. BACS/wire transfer payments also accepted- Bank details on request.

Electronic Software Delivery (ESD)
As an alternative delivery method, you may prefer to choose ESD. This means we will contact you by e-mail and send a link to a secure website where your software and any other files (e.g. License, Instructions) will be available within a few hours of your order and will be available for download for 14 days.
